Lunch or Dinner, your Healthy diet must always start with Soup and what’s better to start your meal with a Healthful Kitchen Meal!!! So here we go with our first healthy diet of the day. I like to call it ” Simply Seven“, 7 Nutrient, made in 7 step, taking 7 min to cook!!!
Chopped Broccoli 1-1/2 cup Vitamin E, Vitamin C, High in Fiber
Large Avocado 1 Vitamin K, High in Fiber, Low Cholesterol
Onion 1/2 Biotin
Garlic 1 clove Manganese, Vitamin B6
Coconut Oil 1 tsp Protein
Cilantro Dietary Fiber
Lime Vitamin C
Black Pepper and Salt and Spring Onion for garnishing.
Heat oil in a pan
Add onion, and saute for 1-2 minute ,
Add chopped 1 cup broccoli. Cook for 3-4 minutes
Add salt and pepper and add 1 cup water. Bring it to boil
In a blender make a paste of avocado ,1/2 cup broccoli (blanched),garlic, cilantro and lime
Add paste in pan and mix gently
Serve hot with spring onions.
