Apple Kiwi Smoothie


Granny Smith Apple               1       High in fiber
Kiwi                                            1       High in vitamin C and E
Banana                                     1/2     High in Potassium
Coconut water                        1 cup
Maple syrup                           1-tbsp

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away.

Serving suggestions: Substitute the kiwi with a handful of fresh green seedless grapes.
