Here is one more Recipe for Smoothies lovers!!! Its perfect for morning breakfast with some fruits ,great start of a day,keeps you full and healthy !!!All berries are great sources of fiber, a nutrient important for a healthy digestive systemMixed Berries Smoothie!!!

Ingredients :

  •  1 cup frozen/Fresh mixed berries (Blue berries,Black berries,Strawberries)
  • 1 frozen ripe Banana
  • Greek yogurt   1/2 cup
  • Honey 1 tbsp to add more sweetness(Optional)

Recipe :

Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy straight away.
