Avocado Cilantro Lime Rice


Rice               3 cup                 Replace it With brown rice to make it more healthier
Avocado        2                        High in Vitamin K,E
Lime            1-2 Tbsp             High in vitamin C
Cilantro       1/4 cup(Chopped)
Mint leaves to add freshness
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Recipe :

Cook the rice .
In a Large bowl mash the avocados.
Stir in lime juice,Clintaro and few mint leaves, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Stir in Warm cooked Rice and Serve Hot!!!
