I couldn’t resist but to modify this epic line, as I love Summer. Great Outdoor times, travel and food. Though summer is good, but Mango’s makes it even better. So here I am with my two of favorite dishes brought together to create another tasty and delicious dish. A combination of Mango and CupCake, which would leave a lasting impression on your taste bud!!!
Mango pulp 1 cup
Condensed milk 1/2 cup
Rava/Sooji 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk if required
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line cupcake pan cups with paper liners
Take a bowl add rava and baking powder,mix generously.
Add condensed milk
Stir and add mango pulp.Check the batter consistency if required at milk accordingly
Fill the prepared cupcake liners with batter 3/4 full, and bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 17 minutes. Let the cupcakes cool in the pans for about 10 minutes before removing them to finish cooling on a rack.
For a sweeter cupcake, add up to 1/2 cup white sugar to the batter!!
Cupcakes looks incomplete without icing/topping will do healthy icing/topping here !!Once cupcakes cools down pour some mango pulp over top and put some mango piece .
